The Structural Engineering Consultancy Services involves designing of an eight-storey building with a basement floor. The apartment is expected to contain a residential unit with two-bedroom houses. The apartment also includes amenities such as a swimming pool, ample parking space, indoor games room among others. The Structural form of the building is selected as a "Framed Building". The Columns and Beams will resist the gravity loads and lateral loads will be resisted by the "Frame Action". Foundations of the buildings are designed as a combination of pad, strip and raft footings. The design is carried out as per the relevant Eurocodes and British Standards.

The Development involves the construction of a residential 8-storey structure in Nakuru County. The residential storey contains three bedroom apartments as well as other facilities including but not limited to a temple. The building is simply made up of reinforced concrete foundation, columns, beams and slabs with masonry infills. It also contains one reinforced concrete staircase and lift for ease of access to the upper floors. This is what is entailed in the first phase. The second phase is a sports complex beside the residential structure expected to house a football and cricket indoor pitch on artificial grass as well as a reinforced concrete structure meant to house a large temple with washroom services.
